فقط أردنا تذكير زملاءنا الكرام بإجابة سؤال تكرر في امتحاني المجموعات السابقة وهو سؤال : Problem solving (4) والذي يطلب فيه اختيار الإجابة والـ explain .
والإجابة كالتالي :
The patient mostly had Streptococcal pharyngits due to there is
1- Fever 39 c
2- joint pain .
3- sore throat .
4- tachycardia ( HR = 100 beats/min .
5- elevated ESR .
6 – elevated ASO titre .
- And we exclude others due to :
1- Rh F :due to No 1 major criteria of Rh F and Rh F must has 2 major or 1 major & 2 minor criteria.
2- Rh arthritis : as arthritis means tenderness , swelling ,redness, hotness & limitation of movement but here there is arthralgia only not arthritis .
3- carditis :due to There is no abnormal sounds & no dispropotionale tachycardia
هذا للتذكير فقط ونذكر بأن الامتحان لن يخرج عن المذكرة بإذن الله كما حدث مع المجموعات السابقة وأنه في مدرج الدفعة الساعة الثانية عشر ظهرا يوم الأحد 8/6 إن شاء الله .
